Design

The Peugeot 308 CC stands out by the superb fluidity of its style, both in its coupé and cabriolet shapes. From the sporty fron end to its dynamic rear bumper, from the door to the lower rear panel, the graphic style of its profile is emphasised by light-reflecting contours.

Bodystyle

With the genuine 4 seater 308 CC there is no compromise: it is an elegant cabriolet as well as a lithe performance coupe.

Rear

The 308 CC features a unique signature of red LED light technology, which illuminates the entire surface of the rear light cluster when activated. The rear bumper also incorporates a 'sports diffuser' look, a nod to our sporting success at Le Mans.

Interior

The passenger compartment of the 308 CC has been designed in the purest tradition of prestige cabriolets, with meticulous care given to every detail: an instrument panel with a white background reminiscent of the world of watchmaking, a front panel with black lacquered finish... stylistic elements and finishing touches that invite you to take your seat.

Front end grille

From the front, it's a 'different' 308: a steeper sloped front windscreen, a more distinctive sports bumper and air intake which help define the contours of the fog lights. Through the fluidity of its style, both in coupe and cabriolet configuration, the 308 CC affirms its dynamism and personality.

Comfort

The interior of the Peugeot 308 CC has an undeniable personality. A genuine four seater, it creates the impression of a grand touring car. The sculpted front seats of the 308 CC with their integrated head restraints have an inbuilt 'Airwave' neck scarf (depending on version) which diffuse warm air around the occupants neck.

The Airwave Neck Heating System* acts as a neck scarf diffusing warm air from the head restraints to create a cushion of warmth for your head and neck to protect you from the cold. Cruise control + speed limiter

The cruise control function is a handy feature not just for long freeway journeys, but to keep you safe around town. It incorporates a clever speed limiter function to prevent you from exceeding a preset speed limit. All functions are intuatively accessed from a steering column mounted stalk.

Dual zone climate control

For your comfort and that of your passengers, the automatic, dual-zone climate control air conditioning controls separately the temperature of the driver and the front passenger - allowing you to enjoy top down driving no matter what the weather.

Dashboard

The car’s exclusive nature is also evident in a wide range of specific components which add even more refinement to the CC specification: - the instrument panel with white backgrounds, reminiscent of the world of watch and clock making, the original full-grain leather steering wheel with a lower flat surface enhanced by a satin chrome ring and the brilliant black lacquered finish of the centre console.

Trim

308 CC offers black cloth with a technological look (CC models) or leather in a choice of three colours (standard on CC S models, optional on CC models). The leather colours available include black, off-white and cognac. When you order leather trim as an option on CC models, you also get heated front seats, plus the Airwave neck heating system and windstop.

Automatic folding steel roof

Door mirror LED lighting

Atmosphere is everything - especially in the new Peugeot 308 CC. Dorr mirror LED lights up the sides of the car creating a halo of light and a little extra 308 CC magic.

Tyre pressure sensors

You don't have to worry if you've forgotten to check the tyres recently. The tyre pressure sensors (CC S) are designed to alert you to any slight drop in pressure and warn you immediately if a puncture is detected.

Electronic parking assistance

Incorporated into the front (CC S) and rear (all models) bumpers of the 308 CC are sensors which measure the proximity of the car to other objects when parking. A series of audio and visual signals, which progressively increase in frequency, help you to judge distances in all parking situations.

Directional Xenon headlights

HDi diesel engine

The 2.0 HDi diesel engine is a high-pressure direct injection powerplant producing 320NM of torque, combined with a 6 speed automatic transmission for rewarding performance that's sure to set pulses racing. Being a diesel, it also offers seriously impressive fuel economy as well as excellent environmental results through the use of the highly effective anti-pollution system - the world first FAP particle filter.

Petrol engine

The 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 4-speed automatic gearbox delivers a powerful yet refined performance with impressive fuel efficiency, thanks to innovative high pressure injection technology. Advanced brakes

The 308 CC is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS) to retain control over the car's trajectory in the event of emergency braking. ESP

Our Electronic Stability Program (ESP) can work out, in a fraction of a second, whether the 308 CC is going into a skid (understeer or oversteer) and then counteract it. It can even reduce engine power to increase the car's stability, or to apply the brakes or engine management to limit wheel spin when traction is poor.

Airbags

A world first in this segment and exclusive to the 308 CC, head side airbags provide extra vital protection to ensure the head is cushioned against impact, whatever the position of your seat. FAP particle filter

Every diesel engine generates particles. At Peugeot, we should know. Because we pioneered the use of particulate filters (FAP) in our diesels. These filters reduce harmful emissions to barely measureable levels, helping to preserve the environment without spoiling the performance of your 308 CC HDi.

HDi diesel technology

Peugeot's diesel engine technology, HDi FAP, means you can have a less polluting diesel engine that doesn't sacrifice power for improved fuel economy. It's an important part of our future and that of the environment. The result? Fewer harmful emissions, greater fuel economy and surprising performance.

Consumption and emissions

Peugeot are committed to developing technologies to reduce both fuel consumption and emissions. In the 308 CC we've moved to smaller, more efficient engines, including HDi technology for the first time on one of our convertibles.

Carbon sink

Our commitment to the environment extends beyond our cars. In 1998, we set up a major ecological sponsorship by helping to create a 'carbon sink' (an area of plant life specifically set aside and developed to absorb atmospheric CO2) in the Amazon. Over 2 million trees representing 50 different species have been planted, which will allow scientists to study the relationship between reforestation, absorption of CO2 and climate control.

Recycling

Worried about landfil? So are we. That's why at least 95% of every new Peugeot 308 CC is recyclable, including the metals, glass, fluids, plastic materials and rubber. And we're well on the way to creating the fully recyclable car.

Fuel economy world records

Peugeot is the proud holder of two Guinness World Records for fuel economy, both set using HDi diesel technology in the harsh Australian conditions. Our first world record is the furthest distance travelled on a single tank - 2,348km (Melbourne to Rockhampton) from a 70 litre tank. Our second record set in a 308 which broke the record we already held, is for round Australia fuel economy. We travelled 14,580km averaging just 3.13 l/100km from the 1.6 HDi engine.
